BOUT THE CONCERT Back by popular demand, Christone “Kingfish” Ingram returns to the Rose Theater to headline Blues Jam 2026. One of the most electrifying guitarists of his generation, Kingfish has redefined modern blues with his fiery playing, commanding voice, and unmistakable stage presence. This three-day celebration of the blues places Kingfish at the center of a powerhouse lineup honoring the music’s past, present, and future.

Ingram is joined by JLCO saxophonist Sherman Irby, powerhouse vocalist Shemekia Copeland on Thursday and Friday, and soulful singer-songwriter Valerie June on Saturday, along with a hand-picked lineup of rising blues stars. Together, they’ll deliver three nights of gripping guitar, unforgettable songs, and the timeless sound of the blues infused with bold contemporary energy.

Blues Jam celebrates the enduring legacy and ongoing evolution of the blues, a genre that continues to shape modern music around the world. 4pm show -- opening for the NJ Symphony!! Giralda Music & Arts Festival takes place each June on the beautiful grounds of Giralda Farms in Madison, NJ. Featuring a fantastic outdoor concert by the New Jersey Symphony, this festival is a great opportunity to enjoy live classical music in a fun, relaxed setting.

Prior to the symphony concert, there are children’s activities, a pre-show musical performance, and an art show and sale where you can shop a variety of talented local artists. Bring a picnic to enjoy out on the lawn or grab a bite from one of the food trucks on site.
